As soon as I arrived at this resort, I was impressed by the stunning location surrounded by lush green hills. The staff provided top-notch service, always displaying a "yes I can" spirit, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities impressed me as well. I opted for the full-board plan, and the meals that were customized for me were mouth-watering, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of hills and lush green tea gardens. The property decoration and attention to detail were fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The hotel fell short of expectations when it came to the food and overall cleanliness. The lobby was not up to standard and, looked like any other cheap hotel.

This hotel is exclusive and luxurious, fulfilling all my needs for a relaxing vacation. the staff was exceptional, with high emotional intelligence and a "yes I can" attitude. They made me feel warm, welcomed, and at home. the spa and wellness center was amazing, offering a range of services from massages to body scrubs. the restaurant served delicious food that was customized to my preferences.

Despite the excellent amenities, the absence of a shuttle to the nearest town was inconvenient. the hotel staff assisted me in getting medication when I fell sick and needed help.

Located in a serene area, this resort may not be ideal for those seeking proximity to the local market. guests can enjoy the beautiful valley views from their spacious rooms. the hotel staff is extremely polite and hospitable, always displaying a positive attitude. the breakfast is sumptuous, with a variety of dishes to choose from.

The lobby seems outdated with cheap flooring and furniture.

Exquisite property with exceptional staff, fabulous views, and great food. Complimentary baby food was a nice touch. The Jiva spa and organized tours were fantastic. A truly five-star experience.
